Load-bearing and non-load-bearing steel stud layout and framing for walls, bulkheads and shafts, set to drawing.
Drywall & Finishing
Board, tape and finish to the specified level, up to Level 5 in high-visibility areas. Smooth and ready for paint.
Interior Insulation
Thermal and acoustic insulation in wall and ceiling assemblies, meeting the fire and sound ratings they were designed to.
Acoustic & Feature Ceilings
Suspended acoustic grid, drywall ceilings and feature bulkheads for lobbies, amenity rooms and office floors.
